Services

 

Brunswick Swim School LLC provides mobile swim instruction and related aquatic education
services.

 

Eligibility

 

Parents or legal guardians must register minor participants.

 

Lesson Scheduling

 

Lessons are scheduled based on instructor availability and location considerations.
Requested dates and times are not guaranteed until confirmed by Brunswick Swim School LLC.

 

Payments

 

Payment is due according to the selected lesson package and pricing schedule.
Failure to pay may result in cancellation of services.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full lesson fee.
Brunswick Swim School LLC reserves the right to cancel lessons due to weather, unsafe
conditions, illness, facility restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

Assumption of Risk

 

Swimming and aquatic activities involve inherent risks, including injury, illness, drowning, and
death.

By participating, clients acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks.

 

Liability Limitation

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brunswick Swim School LLC, its owners, employees,
contractors, and instructors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential
damages arising from participation in lessons or use of the website.

 

Release Requirement

 

Participation in lessons may require execution of a separate waiver and release of liability.

 

Intellectual Property

 

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and materials, is the property of Brunswick
Swim School LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

 

Website Use

 

Users agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems

•  Interfere with website operation

•  Submit false information

 

Governing Law

 

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
